PT Marygops Studios is a subsidiary that activation programs, and market penetration for various brands through a direct approach to the communities, general trade stores, and end users.

Meanwhile, PT Maju Manufaktur Indonesia is a subsidiary that is engaged in the development and management of a network of packaging factories to produce the most complete packaging products for consumers of national and multinational companies.

PT Maju Manufaktur Indonesia is a subsidiary engaged in the development and management of a network of packaging plants with the aim of offering the most complete packaging production services for the company`s customers with long contract and short contract models. With the facilities that the company currently has, we focus on the production of packaging with a thermoforming model, especially plastic cup products. Furthermore, the company will also add new production facilities with a focus on the production of tissue-based packaging.

Based on the company`s experience, many b2b customers have long-term packaging needs that are difficult to find partners to produce their needs strategically. The strategic needs referred to here include production flexibility and the suitability of machinery and other production support facilities that are well tailored to the needs of these customers. Moreover, there are also many b2b customers that the company sees where they need a clear production cost reduction scheme if they continue to have increasing production needs.

At the same time, the company also sees the low average utilization of existing packaging plants in Indonesia. The company believes that this problem arises because packaging plants in Indonesia must always build production capacity first before getting an anchor-offtaker or key customer that can help ensure the utilization of the plant`s facilities. Seeing these two problems, the company came up with a solution of building and managing packaging plants on a built-to-suit basis offered to anchor-offtakers. With this business model, the company ensures to have an anchor-offtaker for the production capacity that the company has that can ensure the utilization of the company`s factory facilities. This business model also allows the company to develop its production facilities faster as the majority of the built production capacity will be fulfilled right from the start.
